CX Command Centre
Manage all your conversations across multiple messaging services in one convenient location. Open a customer profile, and find their detailed communication history. Conversation Mode gives your business high-level insights into what your customer needs are. Provide a more frictionless CX, by having more knowledge-based conversations.
Customers are often annoyed when they need to repeat themselves, especially when they know your business already has what you’re asking for. When speaking with a customer inside Conversation Mode, you’ll have their personal data displayed directly in front of you in a static column at all times. This will help reduce the friction within your dialogue.
Conversation Mode is your central hub for omnichannel messaging. Currently you can have both SMS and MMS messages conversations flow into the same customer profile, with more omnichannel options coming soon.
True Delivery Status
In addition to knowing when a customer has received your message, you can also see whether they have actually read it. This new feature is currently in development, and will be released very soon.
